Mr. Alain Vogel
Mr. Alain Vogel was born in 1973
Alain Vogel obtained his Master in Law from the University of Geneva in 2000. During his academics, he worked as a Research assistant in charge of
updating the jurisprudence in the sphere of labour law for the company Weka Verlag AG. He obtained his qualification to practise at the Swiss
Bar in 2005, upon fulfillment of an internship at the law firm of Mr. Gabriel Troillet, a former Bâtonnier of the Wallis Bar Association,
as well as of an internship as a court’s ad hoc clerc at the civilian and criminal courts of the Tribunal of the Monthey district.
Mr. Vogel also worked as an ordinary court’s clerk for the Judge of the Commune of Troistorrents.
After a work experience at a Geneva private bank, he joined the Lausanne law firm RSBBLegal in 2005 as a collaborator of Mr. Philippe Reymond,
former Deputy judge at the Federal court. Mr. Vogel worked mainly in the spheres of Bank law, Labour law, Company and Commercial law.
In 2010, Mr. Vogel founded his own law firm primarily active in counseling and companies’ representation. Practicing in both French and English
and having gained in depth knowledge of Company and commercial law, he participated in the development and implementation of companies in
Switzerland as well as abroad, particularly in France and South Africa.
In addition, Mr. Vogel is also the Secretary and a Member of the Board of Directors of a Boarding school welcoming and supervising children
and teenagers with a difficult past.
By being everpresent in the French-speaking cantons, Mr. Vogel co-founded the law firm B&V Legal in 2013 where he continues to develop his
counseling activities and to represent a clientele composed of enterprises and private individuals.
